Pete Easby Managing Director

Pete has more than 20 years’ experience in the Construction, Engineering and Resources industries. He has a strong understanding of the international market place having managed the delivery of Senior Management, Board and Executive appointments in over 30 countries. Pete has worked with organisations throughout the life cycle of projects from front end planning and design, through construction, and into operations and management. Having lived and worked internationally, he understands the economic and social implications of moving project and business leaders around the world.

Cathy Harcourt Director

Cathy has 20 years’ experience in Executive Search with the past 15 years spent servicing clients within the Construction, Property, Engineering and Resources sector. She has successfully managed a wide range of UK and International retained executive search assignments, working at Senior, Executive and Board level. Having begun her career at a well-respected generalist search firm in 1995, she is an accomplished Research Manager who understands all intricacies and methodologies of executive search alongside the latest technologies and innovations in the industry. Cathy has a proven-track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships, resulting in repeated successful appointments with her select clients.

Luke Jarvis Director

As Director and shareholder in Harcourt Michaels, Luke is part of the executive team responsible for client relationships and ensuring the quality and successful delivery of projects. With 20 years of experience in Executive Search and senior management recruitment, Luke has focused on Construction and Engineering, successfully completing assignments in most disciplines both in the UK and worldwide. Prior to joining Harcourt Michaels, Luke worked for two of the leading search firms in the Asia Pacific region partnering with a range of clients including contractors, consultants and asset owners.
